Job Summary:
We are seeking a patient-focused Optician to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for personal growth within our company. Share your ideas while being exposed to progressive new procedures in our office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet/check-in patients including preliminary steps before eye exam
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims

-Meeting optical needs of patients by demonstrating superior service & Optician skills, knowledge of product, & balancing end of day.

- Assist with inventory management of optical products and supplies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office, and equipment

Experience:
- Knowledge of office principles for effective inventory control
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems is desirable

Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service Proficient in medical terminology relevant to optical care Background in optical settings Familiarity with inventory control and management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to learn & adapt to new procedures

Pay: $31.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
