Your responsibilities would include...

Welcoming patients to our office. Getting to know new patients to start building long-term relationships. Providing personalized service that makes our patients feel special. Interacting with patients about their interests, lifestyle and existing eyewear to personalize selection of frames, glasses lenses and contact lenses. Effortlessly managing several clients in the office at the same time, making sure everyone is being looked after. Using professional knowledge to educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements available to meet their specific lifestyle and visual needs Assisting customers match their lifestyle needs with appropriate frames & lenses. Ensuring accuracy in taking optical measurements, adjusting, fitting, and repairing eyewear. Processing orders for eyewear and contact lenses, ensuring accuracy in prescription details. Verifying finished jobs to ensure patients are satisfied with their new glasses.

You have optical and dispensing experience

You have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and make personal connections with patients, both over the phone and in person. You are enthusiastic yet professional and enjoy conversations with new people. You can multitask while maintaining attention to detail. You are a team player and enjoy working with like-minded colleagues to deliver an exceptional service. You are confident and articulate with your communication. You are eager to learn new skills to contribute positively to the business and community it serves.
The position is for 30 to 40 hours per week. Must be available to work on weekends.

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
