Optician Support & Eyewear Experience Coordinator

who shares our passion for elevated client experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.

What You'll Do:



You're not just the first point of contact--you're the heartbeat of our clinic. Your role ensures every patient interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.

Eyewear Experience:

Take the lead in fitting, adjusting, and delivering eyewear, ensuring every client leaves with a perfect fit - a premium client experience moment at Respect Eyecare.

Front Desk Excellence:

Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, and check in/out with efficiency and warmth.

Clinical Readiness:

Prepare all diagnostic instruments before patient check-in by ensuring accurate entry of patient information into equipment software and synchronizing schedules from online bookings into ERM.

Client Coordination:

Handle insurance claims, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient care.

Communication Pro:

Quarterback outbound/inbound calls, follow up on missed calls, and reschedule cancellations--always with a service-first approach.

Active Sales Partner:

Play a hands-on role in guiding patients through eyewear selection and purchases. While supporting the lead, you'll also step in to complete sales on your own when they're with another client--making sure no opportunity is missed and every client feels cared for.

Efficiency & Organization:

Keep records accurate, correspondence timely, and operations running smoothly.

Who You Are:



A natural communicator who makes every client feel valued and cared for. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat. Skilled with eyewear adjustments or eager to learn the craft of fitting and delivering glasses with precision and care. Comfortable with scheduling systems, insurance processing, and basic sales coordination. Experience in optical is an asset Tech-savvy and comfortable working with email, phone systems, and digital records.
