Job Description

```Duties:```
- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Take accurate measurements of customers\' eyes and facial features
- Provide recommendations on lens types, frames, and coatings based on customers\' needs and preferences
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions and purchases
- Collaborate with optometrists to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment ```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different lens types, frames, and coatings
- Familiarity with vision insurance plans and billing processes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
