We are currently looking for a
Full Time Optical Team Member
(weekdays + Saturdays) to join our fast-paced, supportive, and growth-focused clinic.
What You'll Do
Assist patients with frame selection
Recommend lens options
Use a lensometer to verify prescriptions
Adjust and repair eyewear
Troubleshoot fitting and visual issues
Dispense eyewear accurately
Place and inspect lab orders
Respond to patient requests (in person & email)
Maintain inventory and organize the optical area
General administrative duties (filing, scanning, etc.)
What We're Looking For
1+ year optical dispensing experience (
required
)
Lensometer & frame adjustment experience (
required
)
Strong customer service skills (1-2 years)
Organized, detail-oriented, professional
Friendly and patient-focused
Quick learner & effective multitasker
Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
Computer skills (Word + general proficiency)
Experience in medical or multidisciplinary clinics (asset)
Jane App experience (asset)
