Optical Associate
Job Description
Wildwood Optical is a busy, multi-doctor optometry practice in south Winnipeg. Our team of staff and optometrists are committed to providing exceptional eye-care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
We are seeking an energetic and adaptable Team Member to join us. As a Team Member at Wildwood Optical, you will:
Conduct various tests with patients prior to their eye exam
Serve as the first impression to new and returning patients in person or on the phone
Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients to visit their optometrist
Manage inventory of frames, sunglasses and eye-care products
Help patients select eye-wear and lenses for their visual needs
Repair and adjust frames
