Job Description

Greenfield is looking for a Production Operator to join its growing team.



Greenfield Global's Renewable Energy Business Unit is going through a period of accelerated development, where the need to carry out major projects justifies the addition of internal and external resources to ensure the quality of services. As part of a team working on relays and on a continuous basis, the Production Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating the plant's control system on a daily basis, in order to process the residual materials received safely and efficiently.

You have a college diploma in chemical processes, biomethanization, water treatment, or the equivalent;

Job responsibilities as a Production Operator



Operate process equipment and ensure safe and efficient process control; Supervise production operations using a variety of computer screens, meters, gauges, recording devices and alarms; Participate in optimizing the plant's processing capacity in compliance with established safety policies; Maintain the necessary lead times between batches destined for grinding; Help coordinate the actions of other team members, to ensure the smooth running of the process; Participate in equipment maintenance programs; Complete process and daily production reports; Coordinate shipments; Carry out inspection rounds at regular intervals, to detect defects and the need for repair, adjustment or lubrication; Clean and disinfect process equipment as required; Be versatile and able to substitute on other workstations when required.
