Dans le cadre de ce poste vous serez responsable de lentretien et du fonctionnement des \xc3\xa9quipements et syst\xc3\xa8mes m\xc3\xa9caniques, de plomberie et d\xc3\xa9lectricit\xc3\xa9, ainsi que des r\xc3\xa9parations g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales, de lentretien et de la propret\xc3\xa9 du site. Fournir des services g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux de gestion financi\xc3\xa8re, y compris la surveillance continue des installations, la maintenance pr\xc3\xa9dictive, la maintenance pr\xc3\xa9ventive, les routines de maintenance, les tourn\xc3\xa9es d\xc3\xa9quipement et les demandes de service, selon les instructions re\xc3\xa7ues

Suivre les normes et pratiques de travail \xc3\xa9tablies pour assurer un milieu de travail s\xc3\xa9curitaire
Effectuer les r\xc3\xa9parations durgence ou dentretien pr\xc3\xa9ventif en dehors des heures de travail, incluant les nuits et les fins de semaine
Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs les installations, lentretien pr\xc3\xa9ventif, les r\xc3\xa9parations, ainsi que la construction / les modifications, sassurer de la conformit\xc3\xa9 aux proc\xc3\xa9dures et aux lignes directrices en mati\xc3\xa8re de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 de JLL
Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organis\xc3\xa9 et adh\xc3\xa9rer au programme de conformit\xc3\xa9 des services ding\xc3\xa9nierie
Favoriser le travail d\xc3\xa9quipe et la coop\xc3\xa9ration, promouvoir lexcellence du rendement et soutenir le succ\xc3\xa8s aupr\xc3\xa8s du client

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :
Au moins 4 ans dexp\xc3\xa9rience dans lexploitation de b\xc3\xa2timents, un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires et, id\xc3\xa9alement, deux ans d\xc3\xa9tudes professionnelles en conception de syst\xc3\xa8mes \xc3\xa9lectriques, en r\xc3\xa9frig\xc3\xa9ration ou en CVC.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, y compris la capacit\xc3\xa9 de lire, de comprendre et de r\xc3\xa9diger la correspondance et les instructions

JLL is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated individual for the role of Building Operator at a new client site in Quebec City, QC. As part of this dynamic position, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment and systems as well general repairs and site maintenance and cleanliness. You will play a crucial role as the on-site representative of JLL in overall facility management and safety, including managing vendors, overseeing work orders, and building strong relationships with the client.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :
Perform maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment and systems
Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance routines, equipment rounds, and service requests as directed
Conduct general facility maintenance tasks such as replacing lamps/ballasts, general repairs and other maintenance duties
Utilize the JLL Preventative Maintenance Program to perform maintenance tasks
Follow established work standards and practices to ensure a safe work environment
Perform emergency or preventative maintenance repairs during off-hours, including nights and weekends
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and construction/modifications, ensuring compliance with JLL safety procedures and guidelines
Maintains a clean, organized work area and adheres to Engineering Services Compliance Program
Foster teamwork and co-operation, promote performance excellence, and support success with the client
Respond to work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and delivering excellent customer service
Assist in vendor and service procurement as required
Support client relationship management and ensure compliance with the client contract and Key Performance Indicators

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR :
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Building Operations, a High School diploma, and ideally two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, comprehend, and write correspondence and instructions
Basic mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations and prepare energy savings models
Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including walking, standing, reaching, climbing, lifting, and moving heavy objects
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in operating hand and power tools, reading digital meters, and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other standard software programs
Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory
