We're currently growing our team and seeking a thoughtful, passionate stylist who's ready to take the next step in their career. You don't need a full book -- just the drive to build one with our support, and a shared commitment to quality, creativity, and care.

What You'll Bring:

A valid Ontario hairstyling license 2-5 years of experience behind the chair (apprenticeship included) A passion for holistic, luxury haircare and the Davines philosophy Professionalism, warmth, and a collaborative attitude A desire to grow a loyal clientele with long-term support Comfort with or openness to social media + ongoing education
What We Offer:

Hourly base pay during the ramp-up period (approx. $20-$25/hour based on experience) Commission starting 30-40% Retail commission on all Davines product sales Access to exclusive Davines education and training Ongoing mentorship from senior stylists and leadership Support with marketing, social media, and client acquisition Flexible scheduling options in a team-oriented environment Backbar, tools, and products provided
