You will be responsible for preparing and approving assembly procedures. You will act as a resource person for your colleagues.
- Create assembly procedures from preliminary drawings or concepts
- Perform complete assembly activities on all machines and equipment in the department
- Act as a trainer and coach to these co-workers
- Visually inspect and examine machinery and equipment for defects
- Set up, operate as needed and monitor the various machines and ensure that the parts produced are in accordance with the inspection plan while respecting the correct quotas according to the given times
- DEP in machining technique or relevant training
- Good knowledge of machining processes and blueprint reading
- Good communication skills
