We are seeking reliable and experienced
Equipment Operators
for both:
Winter Snow Removal Operations
Landscape Construction Projects
Equipment You'll Operate:
Skid Steers
Wheel Loaders
Plow Trucks
Excavators
Responsibilities:Snow Removal Operators:
Operate snow removal equipment to clear commercial/residential properties
Ensure safe, timely, and efficient snow and ice control
Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment before/after use
Be available during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
Landscape Construction Operators:
Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and material handling
Assist with the installation of hardscapes, retaining walls, drainage systems, etc.
Read and interpret site plans/blueprints
Maintain safe and clean job sites
Qualifications:
Experience operating skid steers, loaders, trucks with plows, or excavators
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
