About the Role

In this position, you'll be at the forefront of our Edmonton snow removal operations, using advanced machinery to maintain safe, clear sites for our clients during winter's toughest weather. Your expertise will directly impact businesses and communities, with opportunities to take on leadership tasks and build your skills in a dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate loaders and other heavy equipment for snow and ice removal at commercial sites. Conduct thorough pre- and post-shift inspections, performing minor repairs to keep equipment running smoothly. Coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize operations and response times. Maintain accurate records through data entry in our operations software. Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure team success.

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with a clean record. 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, ideally in snow removal. Availability for 24/7 shifts in cold, windy conditions, including nights and weekends--essential for handling unpredictable weather. Proven reliability and a strong work ethic. Physical fitness to manage demanding outdoor work. Reliable personal transportation to jobsite in Nisku. Legal authorization to work in Canada.
