Tollestrup Construction- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator (Skidsteer, Loader) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of technical processes, and the ability to read blueprints. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring production efficiency and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints to assemble components accurately. Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting minor issues. Assemble packages for shipment, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and resolve any operational challenges. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

Familiarity with machining processes, including welding techniques, is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for measuring and calculating dimensions. Ability to read and understand blueprints is required. Experience with logic controllers is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
