We are in need of an experienced foreman for our waterproofing and foundation repair crew. Waterproofing experience is a must. Competitive wages, job bonuses, overtime pay, and room for advancement!

We are looking for an operator to help assist with waterproofing and foundation repair projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operator who can organize their workday and manage their team effectively. You should be a hard-working individual who takes pride in your work. Waterproofing experience, with a high standard for quality of work is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate various types of heavy equipment, Primarily Mini excavators and skid steers Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling tasks according to project plans and specifications Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe operation. Follow site plans, grades, and elevations provided by supervisors or engineers. Assist the daily activities of all projects Load materials & equipment (heavy lifting) Follow all protocols and standard operating procedures to guarantee safety and compliance on the job site Apply waterproofing membrane, install weeping tile, excavate areas for waterproofing Crack injections with carbon fiber reinforcement Drive to and from job sites with provided truck and trailer Complete detailed log reports per location Manual excavation and labor as necessary Perform minor repairs and service to equipment Careful attention to details

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment Construction/Waterproofing experience necessary. Familiarity with health and safety procedures Strong understanding of construction practices, excavation, and grading techniques. Ability to read site drawings and follow instructions accurately. Excellent awareness of surroundings and commitment to job site safety. Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to lift 100lbs regularly High school or equivalent Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
