The markets we serve include food manufactures and labs, clinical and healthcare, pharma, and biotech. We manufacture culture media and other microbiological diagnostic products serving customers in the pharmaceutical, food, and clinical laboratories.A Day in the Life:As a Manufacturing Operator you will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instruction Documents as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging.Education:High school diploma is requiredExperience:Required: No previous work experience requiredPreferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Perform assignments independently with minimal instructions and with a good judgement and ability to prioritize adequatelyLead with composure and strive to always be calm and deal with arising situations in a calm mannerHave good communication skills and validated interpersonal skillsPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis position requires standing for a period of 8 hours during a 10-hour shift and may be required to move boxes up to 30 lbs.
