• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other equipment as required\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf
• Maintain Alberta provincial highways on a year-round basis, including assisting with Labourer duties (pothole repair, guardrail repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.)\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf
• Work outside in all weather conditions\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

• Successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Be able to perform physically demanding tasks
• Possess a valid Class 1 or 3 driver\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s license with air endorsement
• Provide a 3-year driver\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s abstract
• Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset

Work Conditions\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xaf

• Applicants that reside in Glenevis, Mayerthorpe, Stony Plain, Drayton Valley, Entwistle, Leduc, Warburg, Fort Saskatchewan, and Morinville, Alberta may be given preference due to the location of the work
• As LHL is obligated to respond to various weather patterns, some shift work, on-call, and night shift will be required
