Primary Responsibilities:

Assembly Task:

Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to prep parts or components. Assist with packaging products Adhere to assigned production schedules and meet or exceed daily production targets.

Work Area Maintenance:

Maintain, organize, and clean equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Notify supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment. Help leadership identify areas of improvement to establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Machine Setup and Maintenance:

Perform machine setup and inspect tools to ensure proper operation. Maintain, organize, and clean equipment and work area to support efficient workflow. Notify the supervisor of any faulty equipment or defective materials to prevent production delays. Operates and monitor machine performance, ensuring proper function and efficiency Verify workpiece conformation to specification using measuring instruments

Quality Control:

Inspect parts for defects or irregularities and ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with internal team to determine root cause of a problem and assist in implementing corrective actions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, increasing efficiency, and reducing waste.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1 to 2 years of experience with Hand Tools preferred. Must be proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments such as a tape measure and micrometer Ability to safely use and lift equipment weighing up to 35 pounds. Regular and prompt attendance required.
