About the Role

Exciting Opportunity: Operator 2 - Cannabis Production

Reporting to the Production Manager, the

Operator 2

is responsible for running the pre-rolls/vape filling equipment related to cannabis production. This requires accurate completion of all associated processes and competent use of equipment.

Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday, 10PM-6:30AM

What You'll Be Doing

Operating and overseeing pre roll equipment/vape fillers. Acting as subject matter expert and trainer for Operator 1s Serving as back-up across all Operator 1 roles Ensuring label application meets quality specifications Overseeing packing teams and coordinating daily production setup Verifying packaging materials and monitor production quality Cleaning and setting up equipment between production runs Following all SOPs, GMP standards, and safety protocols Maintaining accurate records, updating SOPs, and completing logbooks Assisting with troubleshooting and supporting real-time production demands Performing general housekeeping and supporting the packaging line as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years operating high-speed filling and labeling equipment in food/beverage or cannabis Hands-on experience with Aesus labellers, Domino/Videojet printers (asset) Knowledge of label application, seam inspection, and troubleshooting techniques Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Knowledge of cGMP is a strong asset Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
