About You

As a person, you\'re a learner, a natural leader - someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all. As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. You also

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in Canada
• High School Diploma or GED
• Have 1 year of continuous work experience
• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Can pass a background screening
• Ability to stand and walk 90% of the shift
• Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Must maintain excellent safety and attendance performance
• Good communication and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating mobile equipment (forklift, lift truck, scissor lift etc.)

Industrialized Manufacturing experience with shift work is an asset

Forklift License is a plus
