Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client located in Raymond as they search for an Operations/Office Manager. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage all levels of staff effectively. Compensation & Hours:

  • The rate of pay will be determined based on experience
  • This is a full-time and permanent position
Position Summary:
  • Managing smooth daily operations of the clinic through collaborating with physicians, patients, staff, and vendors to fulfill company objectives and support high quality patient care
  • Tracking clinic revenue, accounts, account reconciliation, and inventory to ensure accurate records
  • Overseeing the clinic budget, including preparation, planning, forecasting, and adherence
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, compensation changes, tax planning, and other documentation to further identify cost management techniques
  • Ensuring standards are met within the clinic, including journal integrity, equipment, cleanliness, and safety
  • Managing staff tasks and responsibilities, performance reviews, onboarding, and termination
  • Developing protocols and procedures to improve the overall functioning of the clinic including strategic initiatives targeting customer service, communication, and core values
  • Providing high quality customer service while handling patient concerns
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2 experience in a leadership role
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborated environment while promoting a culture of accountability across all staff
  • Able to develop excellent working relationships with all members of staff and provide customer assistance as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including ability to accurately prioritize tasks
  • Strong sense of obligation while ensuring self and staff follow all confidentiality guidelines and privacy standards
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement in decision making processes
