Field Data Capture

• Verify FTP report for truck unload meters.
• Maintain integrity of production data
• Entry of production data for assigned areas
• Troubleshooting errors in Field Data Capture System
• Verifications of truck tickets; receipts and dispositions with internal and external partners
• Verify charts, send or upload to Zedi
• Perform month end data QC
• Produce regular and ad hoc production reports
• Respond and assist in resolving PA inquiries for production variances.
• Generate reporting for superintendent, foreman, and technical groups
• Provide support to Production Foreman and Operations Staff as required
• Digital and manual filing of documents

Envirosoft Fuel, Flare, Vent Database

• Update user preferences as required
• Setup and update hierarchy, new assets in database
• Send equipment data collection templates to field. Update Master files with data
• Perform Masterfile updates because of database upgrades.
• Periodically update heating value of 3rd party gas in FFVM
• Run reports and perform field review for facility setup in conjunction with measurement coordinator, E & I Coordinator, and operations staff
• Run QC reports on Masterfile data

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years in a similar role with an Oil and Gas Producer
• PVR
• Envirosoft
• Protrend
• Qbyte
• Advanced Excel
• Familiar with EPAP
