Yard Operations and Overflow Support Technician

to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our portable toilet service process, including cleaning, sanitizing, maintaining equipment, and supporting overflow service. Key Responsibilities:

Yard and Toilet Maintenance:

Clean, sanitize, and maintain both the yard and portable toilets stored there. Ensure that portable toilets are properly stored, organized, and in good condition. Thoroughly clean and sanitize portable toilets, ensuring they are waste-free and ready for use. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met. Inspect toilets for damage or wear and report any issues for repair or replacement. Maintain a clean and organized yard area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stored safely.

Truck Dumping and Service Support:

Assist in dumping trucks that have serviced portable toilets, following waste disposal protocols. Clean and sanitize waste containers and equipment after use to maintain safety and hygiene.

Overflow Service Assistance:

Support high-demand periods by assisting with overflow portable toilet servicing and deliveries. Help load and unload portable toilets for deliveries and pickups in the field. Assist with maintenance and cleaning of toilets when needed.

Coordination with Team:

Communicate effectively with the service and delivery team to ensure timely customer service. Provide regular updates about the availability of equipment or any issues during operations.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all company safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to traffic laws. Keep the yard area free of hazards and store cleaning supplies safely.

General Support:

Help prepare equipment and supplies for daily operations. Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

and a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and physical environments. Flexible, proactive attitude, especially during high-demand periods. Reliable transportation to and from work. Previous experience in a maintenance or labor-intensive role is a plus but not required.
