We're looking for a highly organized and efficient
Operations Support Representative
to help drive growth and profitability.Based at our corporate office near Toronto Pearson Airport, this in-office role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) offers the chance to make a real impact in a vibrant, design-driven industry.
You will work closely with our Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Accounting teams, assisting with a variety of tasks and projects that support the company's overall sales goals.
Role & Responsibilities
Support logistics functions.
Perform accurate data entry.
Coordinate order shipping with customers.
Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure orders are invoiced quickly and correctly.
Coordinate swatch requests and sales support materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of related data entry and logistics experience.
Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional phone manner and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Experience in the furniture industry is a strong asset but not required.
Experience with ERP software (NetSuite) is preferred.
