The Operations Support Coordinator carries out product inspections and inventory checks. The operations support is to assist in receiving and tagging our inbound shipments.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Auditing and inspecting the inbound scheduled shipments.
• Packaging any units that are required after inspection.
• Inventory checks for required product.
• Inventory scans, ensure tags are up to date.
• Assist in reporting load errors from inbound shipments.
• Import all inspections completed daily.
• Update system regarding inspections when required.
• Assist with daily cleaning task. Maintaining a tidy work area
• Provide any other additional support that may be required.

EDUCATION:

• Completion of secondary school or college or equivalent business administration experience is preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Related logistics experience would be an asset
