Operations Support Analyst, eHealth
Salary:
$74,663 - $93,328 - $102,660 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract:
Term - until October 16, 2026 (maternity leave coverage)
Hours:
37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Location:
Alberni office (Metro Vancouver) - on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy).
About the role
As the Operations Support Analyst, eHealth, you will be the first in line to receive inbound requests. You will support operational activities by tracking, troubleshooting, escalating, and monitoring the resolution of requests. As well as you will apply your knowledge of eHealth technologies to assist users in resolving problems. In addition, you will assist with the optimization of support program development, processes and documents. In addition, you will manage the eHealth inbox and intake workflow, using assigned task management tools.
About you
Education
Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or related field required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience
2-3 years of related experience
Experience with digital health technologies
Experience providing training/orientation to adults on new technology and concepts
Knowledge
Knowledge of health care industry and clinical services is required
Knowledge of electronic medical records and other digital health technologies and services is required
Knowledge of mobile device, infrastructure, database, SharePoint, and web solutions is required
Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and learning applications is an asset

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
