Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse management experience, and a solid understanding of logistics, inventory control, and process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing warehouse productivity within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate greenhouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and materials handling operations Support manager by overseeing team, including training and follow up for greenhouse and retail operations Support inventory management Oversee forklift operations and mechanical maintenance to support heavy lifting and materials handling tasks

Qualifications

Experience as a Greenhouse Supervisor or Operations Supervisor within a Greenhouse would be excellent but not essential. If you believe you can do this job, let us know why. Hands-on experience with inventory management, inventory control, shipping & receiving, and materials handling Mechanical knowledge related to greenhouse equipment such as forklifts and other heavy machinery Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills to coordinate across departments and the ability to communicate effectively with upper management
