Operations Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 3 on-site employees Monitor employee timesheets and verify accuracy Identify HR-related concerns and report them to management Oversee daily production and workflow in the bottle depot and scrap yard Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-organized Track and manage inventory levels Prepare shipment documentation and coordinate outgoing loads Deliver professional, friendly customer service Complete daily cash balancing and maintain financial accuracy Prepare and submit required operational reports

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
