Operations Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Distribution Centre, Edmonton

Shift: Day shift - 6am \xe2\x80\x93 2:30pm, Monday-Friday (with flexibility to work afternoon or overnight shifts for coverage purposes)

Location: 14010 164th Street, Edmonton

Job Summary:

As an Operations Supervisor for McKesson Distribution, you will use your leadership skills to drive a culture of excellence through execution of daily operational plans and strategies. You will lead by allocating resources, disseminating information to teammates, and ensuring compliance with key processes, all while achieving safety, quality, efficiency and financial KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.

In this dynamic, fast-paced role you will exercise strategic thinking, effective planning, and utilize your communication skills to motivate and inspire your team, driving a culture of excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities

Additional Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a leadership role; supply chain or distribution experience strongly preferred

Post secondary education in Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field preferred

A combination of education and experience may be considered

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The successful candidate must be willing and able to participate in a background check

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$66,500 - $110,800
