RNS Health Care Services Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Operations Supervisor (Nursing and Rehabilitation)

to join our growing team. In this dynamic, non-clinical leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our Nursing and Rehabilitation departments, providing vital support to coordinators, clinicians, and clients. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and play a key role in driving service quality, operational efficiency, and positive client outcomes.

As the

Operations Supervisor, you will be leading

the daily operations of our Nursing and Rehabilitation teams. This is a non-clinical leadership position focused on managing department coordination, scheduling, staff supervision, and performance outcomes. You will serve as a key problem-solver and liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards.

A Day-to-Day Look at the Role:



Oversee and support the Nursing and Rehabilitation Coordinators.

Monitor and manage staff/contractor scheduling and department attendance.

Act as primary contact for client and provider issues and concerns, including escalations through Ontario Health @Home (OHAH).

Attend Client Case Conferences and OHAH meetings as required.

Ensure compliance with operational policies, KPIs, and quality care standards.

Conduct staff performance reviews, coaching, and performance management.

Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members.

Lead regular department and team meetings in collaboration with Clinical Leads.

Support partnership development with community agencies and stakeholders.

Provide after-hours on-call support for urgent coordination needs.

What You Will Need to Succeed:



Education: Minimum Post-Secondary Diploma.

Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in healthcare, preferably in a home care setting.

Knowledge of Ontario Health @Home and Ontario Health Teams framework is preferred.

Clinical knowledge/experience in Nursing or Rehabilitation is an asset.

Strong analytical thinking, planning, and execution skills.

Proven ability to manage staff and departmental performance.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Service Requirements:

Valid Ontario Driver's License Proof of Auto Insurance Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within 6 months)
