Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and guidance to field teams, ensuring quality work and client satisfaction.
Uphold Neegan's corporate values and maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and employees.
Coach and mentor employees to achieve high performance and safe work practices.
Resolve operational and labour issues through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Coordinate work schedules, labour, and equipment to meet client needs while managing costs and minimizing overtime.
Participate in team and client meetings, sharing insights and contributing to continuous improvement.
Ensure all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and incident response protocols are followed.
Conduct regular site inspections, address unsafe conditions, and support incident investigations in collaboration with HSE staff.
Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and enforce company standards when necessary.
Build a positive, team-oriented work culture focused on collaboration, loyalty, and retention.
Keep detailed and accurate records, which include timesheets, daily logbooks, and incident/accident safety
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business relationships and promote Neegan's services.
Stay informed on company policies, Delegation of Authority Guidelines, and HSE Management Programs.
Commit to ongoing professional development and self-improvement.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within construction, industrial services, or related fields.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of safety and respect.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and commitment to upholding HSE standards.
Basic computer and administrative skills for timekeeping, reporting, and scheduling.
