The Impact You Will Have





As the Operations Supervisor at our new location in Mississauga, you will lead the day-to-day operations to ensure performance targets and service levels are consistently met. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency by managing staff scheduling, delegating work assignments, and upholding performance and safety standards. Your leadership will directly influence team productivity, cost control, and overall warehouse success.




Location: Mississauga, ON, on-site




Schedule: Monday to Friday




Day shifts and afternoon shifts are available for this role




What You Will Do




Lead and develop the warehouse team, including coaching Lead Hands and supporting key positions to ensure strong performance and alignment with company standards.

Oversee daily operations to ensure customer expectations, productivity goals, and budget targets are consistently met, while optimizing space and workflow efficiency.

Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across the team, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to align warehouse and office teams on customer requirements, financial targets, and service standards.

Support financial management by assisting with vendor relations, monitoring customer profitability, and flagging out-of-scope activities for billing.

Champion health and safety compliance, lead performance management efforts, and foster a positive work environment through consistent policy enforcement and employee engagement.



What You Will Bring




10+ years of combined experience in warehouse operations and supervisory roles, including hands-on leadership in fulfillment centers or 3PL environments

Deep knowledge of best warehousing practices, inventory control, distribution center operations, and warehouse management systems.

Proficiency with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers, as well as a solid understanding of occupational health & safety standards and TDG regulations.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Excellent communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style that fosters high standards, professionalism, and team engagement.
