Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Operations Supervisor

to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company while actively participating in business development initiatives. You will play a key role in optimizing internal processes, supporting store operations, and identifying growth opportunities through partnerships with shopping malls, vendors, and renovation teams.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:



Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows between head office and retail locations Manage inventory flow, restocking, and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams Monitor and analyze operational data; prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights Support training and coordination of store-level operations staff to ensure high performance Handle and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner Ensure compliance with internal standards and improve service efficiency

Business Development & Project Coordination:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company expansion Liaise with major shopping malls regarding store leasing and partnership opportunities Coordinate with renovation contractors and vendors to manage store setup and refurbishment projects Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, service providers, and external partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives and projects

Qualifications:



College diploma or above in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or related operational roles Strong project management and multitasking skills, with proven ability to coordinate across teams Fluent in both

English and Chinese (spoken and written)

- must be able to communicate effectively with both local and overseas partners Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data analysis Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of local market resources (e.g., shopping mall contacts, renovation vendors, logistics providers) is a strong asset
