More specifically, the Operations Supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s main responsibilities are to: \xc2\xa7 Plan and coordinate daily operations; \xc2\xa7 Manage the allocation of cranes according to customer needs; \xc2\xa7 Ensure that the required equipment is always ready for operation, and appoint the necessary personnel according to the nature and duration of the work; \xc2\xa7 Coordinate the presence of subcontractors when required, coordinate work with customers on different sites; \xc2\xa7 Any other related duties. Skills required : \xc2\xb7 College diploma in heavy equipment operations or mechanics or transportation logistics, or any other diploma in a field of study relevant to the job; \xc2\xb7 Three (3) years\' experience in a management position related to crane operations or industry; \xc2\xb7 Experience in personnel supervision and strong team spirit; \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multi-site projects; \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the local mining industry is an asset.
