Work Hours: Full time, Year round. 7:15 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:15 pm (4 days of 10-hour shifts)
Location: Burnaby
Wages: $20 per hour based on experience, plus commission
We call this Supervisory role our Hop-On Hop-Off Controller, because they supervise, dispatch, direct and monitor the day-to-day delivery of our Hop-on Hop-Off tour route operations. You bring inspired leadership, a guest focus, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE
- Planning, coordinating and executing the day-to-day operations of Hop-On, Hop-Off Sightseeing tours and the tour drivers
- Ensuring safe, cost effective and on-time operating performance
- Monitoring radio, telephone and on-road provision of service for a quality tour experience
- Organizing and maintaining daily bus utilization, assigned drivers and passenger counts
- Professionally communicating operational deficiencies with drivers, call centre, sales team and managers as appropriate
- Completing a daily report of activity, efficiencies and issues

- Flexible schedule and enjoy working outside of the 9 to 5 \xe2\x80\x93 and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent English verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 another bonus is a few different languages
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and work outside in all types of weather
- Prior customer service, dispatch or supervisory experience is an asset
- Prior experience at a sightseeing company is a big bonus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Downtown Vancouver and surrounding areas
