Objectif




En tant que Superviseur des Operations sur Site,vous serez responsable de la direction d'une equipe motivee et orientee service, afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement du site au quotidien, en maintenant une atmosphere positive dans le batiment. Relevant du Gestionnaire des Operations sur Site, vous planifierez, organiserez et dirigerez les membres de l'equipe des services generaux et des operations afin d'atteindre les objectifs des clients et d'ISS, tout en respectant les normes de qualite elevees d'ISS. Vous interagirez et collaborerez avec vos subordonnes directs, les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes locales, en assumant la responsabilite des performances et de l'ambiance du site.

Motiver, engager et diriger une equipe inclusive composee d'employes effectuant des taches essentielles, notamment les services de conciergerie, le lavage de vaisselle et l'entretien des chariots. Definir une orientation claire, en veillant a une connexion transparente entre notre mission OneISS, notre strategie et l'excellence operationnelle. Executer et optimiser les responsabilites de l'equipe des services generaux afin d'assurer une prestation fluide des services. Communiquer regulierement avec les membres de l'equipe et assurer une couverture adequate pendant les heures de travail. Evoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide tout en equilibrant les responsabilites du role, en soutenant l'equipe operationnelle et en respectant les objectifs fixes.

Profil Ideal



3 ans ou plus d'experience en supervision dans un role de gestion des installations, de services de conciergerie ou de maintenance, avec une forte orientation vers la gestion des equipes et le service client. Experience dans la gestion d'equipes de premiere ligne en respectant les SLA (accords de niveau de service) et les exigences de conformite. Solides competences en communication, prise de decision, leadership et resolution de problemes. Maitrise des outils informatiques de base (Excel, Word, Outlook, systemes CMMS, systemes mobiles). Experience des logiciels CMMS et des systemes de gestion des ordres de travail pour executer les services et coordonner les employes impliques.

Responsabilites Cles

Diriger, superviser et encadrer les employes des operations et des services generaux d'ISS selon differents horaires, y compris de jour, de nuit, le week-end et/ou les jours feries, selon les besoins. Assurer l'execution des activites d'experience sur site en partenariat avec le Gestionnaire des Operations sur Site. Mener le processus d'embauche, de formation et d'evaluation des employes ; planifier, assigner et diriger les taches. Etre hautement visible et servir de premier point de contact pour les membres de l'equipe et deuxieme point de contact pour les clients locaux. Diriger et encadrer l'equipe pour garantir que le site fonctionne de maniere optimale, en assurant un environnement accueillant, propre, securise et centre sur le client. Veiller a ce que les espaces de lavage et les zones alimentaires soient propres, accessibles, organises et conformes aux normes. Assurer le maintien des niveaux de stock adequats pour les outils de magasinage a l'interieur du site. Controler la qualite des services en travaillant directement avec l'equipe et assurer des remplacements de poste si necessaire. Encourager et encadrer l'equipe afin qu'elle ait la confiance et l'autonomie necessaires pour prendre des decisions favorisant une excellente experience client. Surveiller les performances par rapport aux objectifs convenus, ajuster si necessaire et analyser les preoccupations des clients pour atteindre les KPI's et SLA's. Promouvoir une culture proactive et contribuer positivement aux operations du site pour prevenir ou resoudre efficacement les problemes potentiels. Execute toute autre tache assignee, en faisant preuve de flexibilite et d'adaptabilite pour repondre aux besoins de l'organisation.

Exigences Physiques et Environnement de Travail



Posseder un permis de conduire valide ; des deplacements en voiture peuvent etre requis dans une region metropolitaine specifique. Periodes prolongees de marche ou de station debout. Capacite a soulever, transporter et deplacer des charges jusqu'a 50 livres. Disponibilite pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles, incluant jours, nuits, week-ends et jours feries selon les besoins. Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais requise.

Purpose




As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a motivated and service-minded team with the purpose to ensure that your site runs smoothly every day, with that good-feeling buzz floating through the building. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct operational and Soft Service team members and activities to achieve the clients' and ISS objectives while working within the ISS high standards of quality. The Site Operations Supervisor interfaces and collaborates with direct reports, vendors, and local stakeholders, taking ownership of the site performance and feel.

Ideal Candidate Experience



3+ years supervisory experience in a Facility Management Operations/Janitorial/Maintenance role with a strong emphasis on people leadership and customer service Experience leading frontline teams meeting operational SLA's and compliance requirements Demonstrates strong skills in: Communication, Decision-making, Leadership, and Problem-solving Basic computer proficiency skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CMMS Systems, Smartphone Systems) Experience in CMMS software systems and work order management as it pertains to execution of services and coordination of employees involved

Key Accountabilities



Directs, supervises, and leads the ISS Facility Operations and Soft Service employees on different schedules include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed Responsible for implementing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site experience activities in partnership with the Site Operations Manager Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance Highly visible and the first point of contact for team members and second point of contact for local customers Lead and direct the team to ensure the facility is running seamlessly ensuring an inviting environment that is clean, safe, customer-centric, and welcoming Work with the team to ensure the dishwashing and food areas are clean, available, organized, and compliant Work with team and provide support to the team to ensure the site interior shopping tools maintain appropriate inventory levels Lead by example and work directly with the team to quality control our services. Cover shifts as required to ensure service line continuity Coaches and encourages the team to have the knowledge, confidence, and empowerment to make decisions that have a great customer experience outcome Monitors performance against agreed goals, adapts and acts when required and analyzes customer concerns, meets KPI's/SLA's Drive a culture of proactivity and contribute in a positive way to the facility operation in order to effectively prevent or address potential problems Performs other duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.

Physical Demands & Work Environment



Must possess valid state driver's license; may be required to travel via car within a specific metropolitan region Prolonged periods walking or standing Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds at a time Must be able to work schedules that include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed Must be able to speak French & English Fluently
