Job Description

Help keep a complex, multi?department operation running smoothly. As our Operations Supervisor, you'll lead front?line teams, uphold quality standards, and make sure each shift is set up for success.

What you'll do

Lead and coach staff across departments; set expectations, run briefings, and handle performance conversations with professionalism and care. Own daily quality control--spot issues early, audit processes, and follow through until resolved. Build and manage weekly schedules; handle shift swaps, time?off, and coverage. Step into office coverage when needed (answering calls, coordinating routes/drivers, basic admin). Be hands?on: work alongside the team to meet targets and uphold safety.

Schedule, pay & benefits

Full?time, on-site; 5 days/week, 8?hour shifts. Availability Monday-Sunday, including holidays (rotating schedule). Typical daytime hours:

8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

with a

30?minute unpaid meal break

. Overtime only with prior approval, in line with

BC Employment Standards

.

Training and Probation rate:

$22/hour

; with satisfactory performance after 3 months, the wage

may increase to $25/hour

. A permanent salaried position is also available after 6-12 months of review. Benefits: medical (after 6 months) and dental (after 12 months).

Experience leading front?line teams in operations, hospitality, logistics, or a similar fast?paced setting. Clear, steady communication--comfortable giving feedback and coaching. Strong organization: scheduling, prioritizing, and handling details without losing the big picture. Reliability and a "roll?up?your?sleeves" approach.
