We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist for a 4 or 8 month internship beginning in September 2025. The successful candidate will be given a hands-on opportunity to implement the knowledge gained in their course of study across a broad range of duties. In addition to supporting the daily operations of the business, we encourage candidates to bring their unique experience and capabilities to identify an improvement project that they can champion over the course of their internship. Opportunities range across all business areas including process automation, marketing, accounting, sales, strategic sourcing, web development, and even horticulture.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must be:
Pursuing a post-secondary degree at an accredited Canadian college or university (we are open to candidates pursuing any field of study).
Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Detail oriented with an interest in continuous improvement.
Able to commute daily to the work location (#10, 41070 Cook Rd., Cochrane, AB).
Preferred Skills:
Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
Experience with SQL databases and/or corporate ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
