The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious
Operations & Sales Development Associate
-- someone who wants to learn logistics from the ground up and eventually build a client portfolio of their own.
You'll start by mastering
carrier operations, dispatch, and customer service
-- working directly with carriers, clients, and our internal systems. Over time, as you gain experience and confidence, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a
Sales or Account Management
role, building your own book of business with no income ceiling.
This is ideal for someone who's coachable, curious, and wants more than just a 9-to-5 -- someone who's ready to build a career, not just take a job.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day operations: booking, tracking, and coordinating freight.
Communicate with partner carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure on-time delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and customers.
Support account managers with quoting, rate negotiation, and shipment follow-up.
Learn how to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process.
Take part in training and mentorship sessions to develop your sales and communication skills.
Handle data entry, billing, and order management with attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch is an asset (but not required).
Strong communication and multitasking skills -- you'll be on the phone and email a lot.
Driven, reliable, and hungry to grow both professionally and financially.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Gmail.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Willingness to work
on-site
in our Toronto office full-time.
