Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$60-80K (uncapped) A mix of in-person and phone sales, depending on season
What You'll Do

Call warm leads and past clients to rebook work (minimal cold calling) Meet clients in-person for estimates and to close high-ticket deals Work closely with production teams to ensure top-tier service delivery Sell over the phone to close smaller jobs efficiently Maintain a high close rate on in-person estimates Keep your CRM organized with real-time client updates

Hours & Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM Weekends: 8 AM - 5 PM (for in-home sales appointments) December - Mid-January: Vacation
