Here's where you'll have an impact:

Drive performance to meet targets defined by priorities plan; Articulate key performance indicators to Store and Department Managers Assist in the creation of action plans and budgets, problem solve with Store Management Field questions from Store Management on sales techniques and cost controls Collaborate with Store Management on priorities and industry leading department standards; Communicate departmental priorities and best practices regularly to Store Management and Operations Assess effectiveness of standards and provide feedback for improvement. Manager functional and technical training for Department Managers; Coordinate training and lead sessions Be a resource to Store Management on the department of expertise Implement curriculum and content created be SOP's and planning Assess quality of training content, delivery and address opportunities for improvement Drive employee engagement and customer experience in department programs Monitor compliance results within department of expertise within the region; Review compliance results (food Safety, etc.) and report on trend/opportunities to Store Management and Operations.

What you'll offer:

Undergraduate degree and 3-5 years experience Experience in leading a store department Experience working with corporate and franchise stores Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
