We have a need for a Regional Manager for the Southern Alberta area!
Our Regional Managers oversee several stores within their region and have the primary responsibility of ensuring business success. In addition to ensuring that all our stores meet our Easy, Clean, Service level of excellence, a successful Regional Manager is forward-thinking and able to excel in:
Mentoring employees

Monitoring sales
Staying organized
Strategic planning
Time management and multitasking
KPI literacy and clear profession communication.

On-call, weekend work, and travel are associated with this position. This position oversees the Southern Alberta area as well as Vancouver and visits to sites in your region will be regular. This position is not remote-eligible.
Compensation package includes base salary of $75,000 to $80,000 (commensurate with experience, etc.) company car, laptop, and cell phone. A Company matching RSP up to 12%, single-coverage medical benefits and paid time off.
