Self-storage is one of the fastest growing sectors of the retail sales industry. StorageMart is the largest independent providers of self-storage for business and domestic customers in Canada, the United States and the U.K.

We have a need for a Regional Manager for the Southern Alberta area!

Our Regional Managers oversee several stores within their region and have the primary responsibility of ensuring business success. In addition to ensuring that all our stores meet our Easy, Clean, Service level of excellence, a successful Regional Manager is forward-thinking and able to excel in:

Mentoring employees Fostering a team-based environment Monitoring sales Staying organized Strategic planning Time management and multitasking KPI literacy and clear profession communication.

You will be responsible for sales, site appearance, managing the day-to-day operations, and customer service - all with the backing of a system that works and a corporation that wants you to succeed.

On-call, weekend work, and travel are associated with this position. This position oversees the Southern Alberta area as well as Vancouver and visits to sites in your region will be regular. This position is not remote-eligible.

Compensation package includes base salary of $75,000 to $80,000 (commensurate with experience, etc.) company car, laptop, and cell phone. A Company matching RSP up to 12%, single-coverage medical benefits and paid time off.

Requirements:

1. Multi-unit/location experience in retail, hospitality, self-storage or equivalent experience (2+ years).

2. Located in the Calgary area.
