Operations - Residential Property Administrator

What You'll Do:



The Residential Property Administrator will work closely will the assigned Tenant Relations Manager, bringing exceptional organizational skills to support the Property Management team within our portfolio locations. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Lease administration of over 100+ units including updating and maintaining tenant files, filing, arrears, tenant correspondence and rental increase letters; Preparing periodic reporting/ tracking; numerous Excel recap files, tenant analytics/ turnover, biweekly reports; Maintaining and reviewing online Yardi property management software; Daily interaction with tenants, building staff and head office by phone and email or other correspondence; Creating and reviewing building manuals, policy and procedure documents; Aiding in preparing documentation for Residential Tenancy board hearings; Leasing; receive incoming enquiries, track/ report and schedule showings for Resident Managers; Tracking access card and parking changes; Other similar duties as required.

As the ideal candidate, you have 2+ years' experience in a professional setting supporting multiple team members, preferably in Residential Property Management. Your experience is complemented by strong business acumen, excellent communication and customer service skills and exemplary attention to detail. You will ensure the confidentiality of the files that you work on and possess the highest level of personal integrity.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills are required. Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to handle tasks of differing priority levels are required. Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software is considered an asset. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is considered an asset.
