Join our team as a Credit Application Analyst and play a vital role in supporting our Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function. You will review, update, and analyze credit documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. This is a crucial role involving various responsibilities associated with Real Estate Secured Lending products, utilizing multiple systems and applications. The position offers a long-term opportunity with potential for extension and conversion to a permanent role.
Position: Credit Application Analyst
Shift: Rotating schedule between 8 am and 7 pm, with one Saturday every 4-5 weeks. Schedules are provided one month in advance.
Location: Vancouver (Onsite 4 days/week in November, then hybrid).
Pay : $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function, focusing on submission quality and document compliance.
• Review, update, and analyze credit documentation for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Complete responsibilities associated with Real Estate Secured Lending products across various systems.
• Provide guidance and support to business partners or customers.
• Ensure complete and accurate data input into the origination system.
• Reconcile and verify credit support materials.
• Interpret credit policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional/corporate environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Post-secondary education.
• Mortgage experience is a plus.
