T\xc3\xa2ches de base

• Implication active et directe avec le personnel et la direction pour garantir un environnement de travail coh\xc3\xa9rent.
• Assurer la motivation du personnel et assurer un coaching pour am\xc3\xa9liorer ses capacit\xc3\xa9s et son niveau de comp\xc3\xa9tence.
• Concevoir et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des plans pour de nouveaux d\xc3\xa9partements et des am\xc3\xa9liorations des fonctions existantes
• S\'assurer que les \xc3\xa9quipes assign\xc3\xa9es travaillent efficacement, que les clients re\xc3\xa7oivent une r\xc3\xa9ponse rapide et que les processus \xc3\xa9tablis sont suivis.
• G\xc3\xa9rer la charge de travail du personnel et la r\xc3\xa9partition des t\xc3\xa2ches, y compris la participation active aux t\xc3\xa2ches pour garantir une ex\xc3\xa9cution pr\xc3\xa9cise et dans les d\xc3\xa9lais.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 aider \xc3\xa0 la finalisation des ventes/contrats et \xc3\xa0 favoriser une forte fid\xc3\xa9lisation de la client\xc3\xa8le.

Exigences de base

• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en leadership op\xc3\xa9rationnel
• Minimum 10 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience directe en importation et exportation a\xc3\xa9rienne et maritime
• Doit \xc3\xaatre bilingue en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques, exp\xc3\xa9rience privil\xc3\xa9gi\xc3\xa9e avec Cargowise

Position Overview

Priority Worldwide is seeking an outgoing, motivated professional to manage and facilitate the growth of our Montreal office. The hire must possess a strong desire to learn, manage and implement Priority Worldwide\'s services and to pro-actively interact with Priority Worldwide personnel and clients. It is expected that this person will utilize the tools provided and further develop our systems to successfully operate our growing operations in YUL. A successful Priority Worldwide professional will maintain continuity, contribute new ideas and run a clean, safe and efficient operation.

To ensure quality and continued sales growth, effective management, and leadership of the team the candidate will need a strong background in sales, imports, and exports operations. The hire will need to use a strong operations background to ensure services are being performed in a timely and efficient manner by staff, while ensuring the operational teams continuously provide the Ultimate Customer Experience to our clients and partners.

Basic Duties

• Direct active involvement with staff and management to ensure a cohesive work environment
• Ensure staff motivation and provide coaching to enhance their ability and skill level
• Design and implement plans for new departments and improvements to existing functions
• Ensure the assigned teams are working effectively, clients are responded to quickly, and established processes are being followed.
• Manage staff workload and distribution of tasks, including active participation in tasks to ensure timely/accurate completion.
• Ability to assist in the finalization of sales/contracts and fostering strong customer retention.
• Provide and ensure constant compliance with Priority Worldwide\' s mission to ensure The Ultimate Customer Experience

Basic Requirements

• Strong Operational leadership skills
• Minimum 10 years direct Air & Ocean import & export experience
• Must be bilingual in French and English
• Strong computer skills, preferred experience using Cargowise
