We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations. Responsibilities



Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards. Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a positive workplace culture. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making. Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to align operational goals. Manage budgets, resources, and inventory levels effectively to optimize costs and service delivery. Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Facilitate training programs for staff development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills



Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a relevant industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively under tight deadlines. Proficiency in relevant software applications such as ERP systems, MS Office Suite, or other industry-specific tools. Leadership qualities including decision-making, problem-solving, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills. Nice-to-have skills include experience with project management methodologies or certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma. Pay: $44,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
