Acting as the right hand to the Founder, the Operations Manager will manage operations, customer experience, and vendor relationships while also leading initiatives that expand The Line's presence in the stationery and planner market.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
Oversee daily operations including order fulfillment, vendor management, and customer service.
Streamline workflows and create clear documentation for in-studio processes.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory in both the studio and Shopify.
Team Leadership
Train and onboard new team members on in-studio processes.
Set clear goals, track performance, and foster a collaborative, creative culture.
Customer Experience
Oversee customer service, ensuring timely and empathetic responses in The Line's brand voice.
Build and maintain an FAQ resource to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Implement processes that elevate the client experience from purchase to delivery.
Respond to customer emails promptly and resolve issues to maintain customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience strongly preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Customer service experience and managing a small team is an asset.
