FlowLabs is an ISO-certified medical laboratory specializing in male fertility testing. We require a successful Operations Manager to join in our pursuit of quality, growth and innovation.

Preference will be given to applicants with:
o A university degree or equivalent in a science-related program
o Demonstrated leadership skills
o Experience in Human Resource management
o Experience in a clinical laboratory
FlowLabs has multiple locations in Southern and Eastern Ontario. You must have a valid Ontario driver's license and own a vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Empower and inspire FlowLabs staff to perform at their best through effective leadership, communication, and personal development
Champion operational excellence through quality, standardization and efficiency across all sites
Cultivate a unified, high-performing culture by facilitating communication and collaboration among the FlowLabs' Leadership team
Oversee daily operations, implementing standard operating procedures, safety protocols and a commitment to FlowLabs' Values
In collaboration with the clinical management team, recommend and implement improvements to laboratory methods and operations
Coordinate and support all FlowLabs' projects across departments, and lead key strategic projects and drive project success by ensuring project goals are met
