Role Overview


We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our growing company. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that blends hands-on operational management with the agility and variety of an entrepreneurial business. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth execution across projects -- all while helping us reduce costs and scale sustainably. Most importantly, you will be part of a mission-driven team working to provide safe, clean water to communities and properties.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness across departments. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers, negotiating favorable terms to optimize costs. Develop and implement systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce expenses. Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy, planning, and cost-saving initiatives. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management, identifying risks and opportunities for efficiency and savings. Maintain operational dashboards and documentation in

Notion

to track projects, costs, and team performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in an operations, project management, or supply chain role (experience in construction, water, or engineering industries a strong asset). Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver measurable improvements. Demonstrated success in identifying inefficiencies and implementing cost-saving measures. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace;

experience with Notion,Asana or other project management software project tracking, documentation, and team coordination is highly valued.
