Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to work with a small agile team to support organizational growth and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution. This role is critical in aligning teams, improving operational efficiency, and allowing the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives, focused on supporting expansion across North America, and includes close collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical groups to drive alignment and emphasize scalability, efficiency, and structured growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at fostering collaboration across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
TEAM LEADERSHIP & COORDINATION

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from contract closure to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Lead regular cross-departmental meetings to review priorities, assign resources, and track progress.
  • Ensure internal processes are clearly documented and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in workflow and efficiency across technical, customer support, and implementation teams.
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen overall operational performance.
  • Create, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate departmental effectiveness.
  • Identify risks that may impact business operations and design mitigation plans.
PEOPLE & CULTURE
  • Promote clear communication and collaboration across all teams.
  • Implement structured project management approaches to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Build and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that values employee engagement and performance.
  • Encourage adoption of modern tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, and Intercom to enhance productivity.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in operations management, preferably within a growing technology or startup environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Experience setting up and tracking performance indicators across functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scaling environment.
  • Proficiency with operational software such as HubSpot, ClickUp, and Intercom.
