The

Operations Manager

will be pivotal in scaling our operations, ensuring seamless execution across various functions, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work cross-functionally to optimize processes, enable teams, and support the company's growth objectives. What You'll Do

Develop and implement

operational strategies aligned with company goals to drive scalable growth.

Identify and execute

process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Collaborate

closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth operations.

Leverage data and KPIs

to inform decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and grow the operations team

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree related to business is required. An MBA from a recognized institution is a strong asset. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a startup or tech company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Proven leadership and team management experience. Familiarity with logistics, AI, or SaaS industries is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
